Active control of Ionisers

The SJ-G Series provides a digital communication interface (RS-485) as a standard feature. This function offers powerful supports for batch management and control of several SJ-G Series Ionisers via a PLC and PC, so that the SJ-G Series can always be used in the best conditions.

Drastic reduction in the number of installation steps

With a built-in high-voltage power supply, several SJ-G Series Ionisers can be used simply through crossover wiring between individual units. Furthermore, the 24 V low voltage wiring ensures a high level of safety, and you can reduce the number of installation steps without running into a problem with the wiring.

The power supply cable and signal line can be connected quickly.

Crossover wiring is enabled with the connector.

Low-voltage 24 V wiring

Using 24 V low-voltage wiring, the SJ-G Series prevents cable deterioration caused by electrostatic discharge and eliminates influence on surrounding equipment. Thus, the SJ-G Series enables highly reliable system configuration.

Static elimination stop input

With the static elimination stop input, the SJ-G Series can stop applying a voltage to each electrode while the main power supply remains active. This function ensures safety during operations and maintenance.

Abnormal discharge detection circuit

When abnormal electrostatic discharge is detected, the SJ-G Series activates the alarm output and simultaneously turns off the high-voltage power supply to prevent any possible problem.

Compliance with the UL and CE Standards

The SJ-G Series has attained certification under the UL Standard. It has also attained compliance to the CE Standards. Thus, the SJ-G Series static eliminators ensure high safety and reliability.

Enabling ECO static elimination with low power consumption
With its thorough energy-saving design, the SJ-G Series can reduce power consumption to one forth* the consumption of conventional Ionisers. Furthermore, by using the static elimination stop function that controls the static elimination ON/OFF status from external equipment, the SJ-G Series enables more efficient ECO operations by activating static elimination only when required. * Comparison with conventional KEYENCE Ionisers when a station elimination bar with a 1 m length is energized continuously for 24 hours.
