High-speed Search and Advanced Colour Processing

ASIC Technology provides Lighting Fast Pattern Matching

For Full Details Download the PRODUCT CATALOGUE Using the SERVICE PULLDOWN Above.

Advanced Colour Processing Technology

Colour Shade-Scale processing recognizes the differences in hue and intensity of shade levels. This latest advance in colour processing allows the CV-700 Series to recognize contrast or edges that cannot be detected by conventional binary processing or gray-scale processing.
Colour processing technology
After you click on a target point to extract its colour, the entire image is converted to a shade hierarchy with the extracted colour as the top level.

Menu-driven, Easy-to-set Inspection Modes Solve a Wide Range of Applications

There is no need for complicated image processing programs. Just select one of the present application programs from the pull-down menus.

360° Rotation Adjustment Greatly Improves In-line Inspection.

Deviations in target position can be quickly compensated for. 360° rotation adjustment ensures reliable inspection of the same point continuously even when targets appear at random positions.

ASIC Technology Provides a High-speed Search

The newly developed ASIC technology enables accurate pattern matching through a quick Shade-Scale search even though colour image processing requires a large amount of data.

Sub-pixel Processing for Accurate Measurement

Sub-pixel processing divides one pixel into 10 segments for precise measurement. It offers more accurate dimension inspection and positioning.

Illumination Adjustment & Normalized Correlation Compensate for Changes in Image Brightness

Normalized correlation is a technique for performing a pattern search without being affected by a change in ambient light. This, along with its illumination function, will ensure stable inspection regardless of light variations.
