Job Specification:

This is a new position in our HR/Recruitment team, created to help us accelerate our recruitment activities.
You will be a member of the administrative and commercial department of the company, reporting to the Sales Administration Manager. Primarily you will be supporting our Senior HR Officer to find and recruit the best talent for our business, mainly focusing on but not limited to the below responsibilities:

  • CV screening
  • Interview day coordination
  • 1st stage, online interview evaluation
  • Face to face interviewing
  • Recruitment database administration
  • Candidate feedback
  • Liaising with recruitment agencies to keep volume of CVs high
  • Travel to other regional offices on occasion (Manchester, Newcastle, Birmingham, Dublin, Milton Keynes)

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Must be educated to degree level (Bachelor’s degree - any discipline)
  • Profound knowledge of Microsoft-based applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience in recruitment beneficial but not essential
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK


  • Basic Minimum Starting Salary of £23-25k
