We considered whether to use a contact-type measurement system or the TM Series Optical Micrometer.
We tried the TM Series and decided to use it because we could measure the perpendicularity with both ease and stability. We found the "position correction" function to be really useful because it ensures measurement by tracking the target even when the target position or inclination deviates a little.
